In-person Coaching

This is for my clients local to Adelaide, South Australia.

I offer personalised one-on-one sessions at the gym, working through your goals, checking in on your progress, and coaching you through your training in person. Session length is flexible and built around what you need.

Hi, I'm Donna!

I'm a personal trainer, nutritionist, and menopause coach with over 16 years of experience working with women.

I've spent the better part of my career helping women build strength, understand their bodies, and create habits that actually stick. And I've learned, through my own experience and thousands of hours coaching others, that the biggest thing standing between most women and the results they want isn't effort. It's strategy.

Through Bia Wellness, I work with women online to build strength, support their hormones, stabilise their energy, and feel more at home in their bodies. Without the extremes. Without the burnout.

There's a way forward that doesn't require you to do more. It just requires the right approach.

Donna has been supporting my fitness program for at least 10 years and throughout the whole time she has been highly professional very innovative and very positive in her personal training sessions.
