Hi, I’m Donna
A Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Menopause Coaching Specialist who’s been coaching for over 16 years.

But before I created the Resilient Body Method, I was caught in the same cycle I see so many women in. I kept pushing harder, stricter diets, longer workouts, less rest, thinking that if I just tried more, I’d finally feel better. Instead, I was exhausted, inflamed, and frustrated with my body.

It wasn’t until I learned how to shift my focus toward strength, recovery, nutrition that truly fuels, and nervous system resets that things began to change. I stopped burning myself out and started building real resilience.
​
That’s why I designed this method. Not as another quick fix or impossible routine, but as a realistic, sustainable way for women in peri-menopause and going through hormone shifts to feel strong, calm, and confident again.

I know the challenges of this stage because I’ve lived them and I know that with the right structure and support, your body is capable of so much more than you think. I’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.
